Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge mismatch - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Difference
As the two fighters participated in the traditional stare-down, with their height and weight contrast on show, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is really going ahead.
